Training for Cycling Long Distance Events
Get ready to finish and finish strong

Cycling Long distance events, like centuries rides, are 75-100 miles long and require a “specific” preparation in terms of training and nutrition. If you train properly, smart and effectively, you will enjoy them even more, since you will fatigue less and have more time and energy to share the fun with your friends and other cycling companions.

  • Registration and route

  • Training Rides – Davanti Cycling will lead free training rides that simulate the demand and the terrain of the Boulder Sunrise Century.
    • Every Sunday starting June 6 through July 18 – Meet at Amanti Coffee in North Boulder at 9:30 am sharp.

At Davanti Cycling, we have been riding and supporting long distance cycling events in Boulder and Italy for many years. Moreover, we have been coaching several athletes whose main goal is high performance at long-distance cycling events. Therefore Davanti Cycling knows the physiological demand of this type of events and knows what it takes to finish and finish strong.
