Davanti Cycling Tours
Cycling Italy with a native and cycling coach. Experience il ciclismo italiano
Our goal is to provide you with immersion in the Italian cycling culture, a tremendous training opportunity and flexibility.
Our exciting vacations combine with a full immersion in the “ciclismo italiano.” Other tour companies offer you cycling in Italy, Italian food and Italian wine. Our cycling tours provide all these features with high quality standards. Plus, we take pride in offering a complete Italian cycling experience. You will ride with Italians, participate in Italian cycling races, ride an Italian bike if you choose to rent, and you will have the opportunity to visit and experience a coaching studio led by ex-pro racers, have a bike fit or be tested “Italian style.”
At the end of your tour you will understand ciclismo italiano.
Your vacation will also be a tremendous training opportunity: For the most trained and competitive cyclists, we offer rides with challenging terrain and length. These rides are the “perfect” training opportunities to improve your climbing and descending skills and be ready for your races back home. Plus, the strongest cyclists will have the opportunity to ride with local racers and/or ex-pro Italian racers.
For the less expert and competitive cyclists we always offer flexibility to shorten the routes, allowing you to jump into the van and/or enjoy alternative activities since, in most tours, we stay at each hotel at least three to four days. In order to provide for different levels two cycling guides always accompany each tour.
Group sizes are small—6 to 14 participants—to enhance
the connection between riders and guides.
Each tour brings you to two or three different regions so you'll
enjoy a variety of cultures and scenery.
We stay a minimum of three to four nights in our base hotels so you can become accustomed to the environment and
prepare for the terrain
Because we prefer to ride from one spectacular region to another,
we keep van transfer time to a minimum. We carefully choose the location
of our hotels so we stay three to four days in each and ride from there.
We always have two cycling guides to handle different levels within
the group and provide options for shorter routes or alternative activities,
such as sightseeing or hiking.
Luisa personally chooses all the hotels and
restaurants to provide the best combination of Italian charm, hospitality,
culture and authentic cuisine.
