Combine all the legendary: climbs of the Giro d’Italia in this ultimate tour. If you want to say, “I did it all,” then this tour is for you, cycling through four spectacular regions of northern Italy: Veneto, Trentino, Trentino alto Adige and Lombardia. Tour the largest and most beautiful lake in Italy, Lago de Garda, with its Valpolicella vineyards and challenging climbs. tour1Then conquer the most challenging and famous passes in the Dolomites, the Sella Loop, Passo Giau, Falzarego, Valparola, Marmolada and San Pellegrino. Immerse yourself in the Italian cycling culture by participating in a local race, the uphill TT from Arabba up the Pordoi Pass. After a rest day in the city of Bolzano, we’re off to Bormio to climb the legendary passes of Stevio, Gavia and Mortirolo. Finish by riding back to Lake Garda, cycling through the Tonale Pass and the charming village of Madonna di Campiglio.

Day 1: Tuesday June 17
Leave USA – overnight flight (we provide assistance for flight reservation)

Day 2 : Wednesday June 18
Pick up at Verona Airport and drive to our base hotel near the beautiful Lake Garda where we will be spending 3 nights.
After settling into our base hotel and assemble the bikes we will go for a warm-up ride in the Verona valley – 40 km loop
Dinner & overnight at our base hotel

Day 3: Thursday June 19
From our hotel you will ride through the Bardolino & Valpolicella wineries – 80 km Loop
Optional: Visit Fisio-Lab and get an Italian style bike fit and/or get a Conconi test to know your Threshold and Peak power output
Visit Verona in the afternoon with dinner in downtown
Overnight at our base hotel

Day 4: Friday June 20
From our hotel you will ride through 3 lakes: Garda, Idra & Ledro - 160 km
Dinner and overnight at our base hotel

Day 5: Saturday June 21
3 hours van transfer to the heart of the Dolomites
Settle in our charming hotel where we will stay for the next 4 nights
Warm –up ride – 50 km

Day 6: Sunday June 22
TT RACE up to Pordoi from Arabba – then continue with Sella Ronda: Sella – Gardena – Campolongo - 65 km Loop
Dinner & overnight at our hotel

Day 7: Monday June 23
From our hotel you will ride the most beautiful Loop with 4 passes: Colle Santa Lucia – Giau – Cortina d’Ampezzo – Falzarego – Valparola - back to the hotel – 100 km
Dinner & overnight at our hotel

Day 8: Tuesday June 24
From our hotel you will climb the Marmolada glacier with its spectacular views - 110 km
Dinner & overnight at our hotel

Day 9: Wednesday June 25
We leave our hotel – rest day – visit Bolzano on our way to Bormio
Option: climb the Stelvio from Prato di Stelvio
Settle in our hotel in Bormio where we will stay 3 nights

Day 10: Thursday June 26
Today we will climb the STELVIO – 44 km round trip
Return to our hotel in Bormio

Day 11: Friday June 27
From Bormio we will ride to Mazzo – climb the Mortirolo – down to Monno – Ponte di Legno – climb the Gavia from the historical side of the Giro – down back to Bormio – 110 km
Shorter option: Drive up to the Mortirolo – descend to Monno and still climb the Gavia from Ponte di Legno.
Dinner and overnight in Bormio

Day 12: Saturday June 28
Today we will leave our hotel in Bormio – climb the Gavia –descend to Ponte di Legno – climb the Tonale Pass – 53 km Van Transfer back to our base hotel near lake Garda
Pack bikes
Farewell dinner

Day 13: Sunday June 29
Arrivederci Italia - Drive to Verona Airport and catch your flight back to USA.
