It’s an estimation of your power output and heart rate at your lactate
threshold and does not require blood analysis.
When and how often do you need it:At the beginning of your training and at least every 8-12 weeks. Also before and after a new bike fit.
Who needs it: ANYONE from highly competitive to pure recreational.
