Coach-driver vs. Operator driver
An operator-driver gets directions from the rider on what to do, at which speed to drive, for how long, etc.
A coach-driver directs and actively builds the workouts and look at your riding. If the driver is a coach:
You will get feedbacks and communications in real time.
You will feel more motivated to give your best and push harder
