Why learning and practice riding skills is important:

  1. Ensure safe riding for yourself and others riding with you.
  2. Improve your confidence, control and balance on the bike
  3. Improve your bike handling ability
  4. Expand your comfort zone on the bike and in a group
  5. Learn how to react and empower you to command control avoiding freezing and panicking that can make things worse

  7. Basic and Emergency Braking

  4. Cornering in pairs in one hand on the partner's shoulder
