  • For local athletes: offers face-to-face communication: I will watch you riding, check if you are performing the workout correctly

  • For remote athletes: offers web and e-mail interaction and communication

  • Ensures your bike fits you well for comfort and to optimize your performance

  • Provides NO dynamic pre-built plans; ALL hand-built completely personalized training plans , based on:
    • performance tests
    • your personal season goals
    • your available time to train so the plan fits with your busy schedule
    • power if you own a power-meter
    • periodization to reach peak performance at your most important races
