We offer training camps for any level from beginners to competitive racers

For Beginners:

  • We will identify your training zones with a base lactate threshold test
  • We will help you to ride comfortable on the road
  • You will learn :
    • how to ride in a group
    • How to draft behind a wheel
    • Climbing skills
    • Descending skills
    • How to ride in the wind

For Competitive and Expert riders:

  • Identification of your racing category and what takes you away from that dreamed upgrade with the Athlete profile test
  • Custom bike Fit to improve your Performance
  • Techniques and tips from Retired Italian pro racer or Coaches of Italian Cycling Federation on:
    • Touching wheels and elbows in a pack and/or race
    • How to warm-up and race an individual or team time trial
    • Pre, during and post race nutrition
