We offer training camps for any level from beginners to competitive racers
For Beginners:
- We will identify your training zones with a base lactate threshold test
- We will help you to ride comfortable on the road
- You will learn :
- how to ride in a group
- How to draft behind a wheel
- Climbing skills
- Descending skills
- How to ride in the wind
For Competitive and Expert riders:
- Identification of your racing category and what takes you away from that dreamed upgrade with the Athlete profile test
- Custom bike Fit to improve your Performance
- Techniques and tips from Retired Italian pro racer or Coaches of Italian Cycling Federation on:
- Touching wheels and elbows in a pack and/or race
- How to warm-up and race an individual or team time trial
- Pre, during and post race nutrition
