Founder: Luisa Sullivan

• Luisa is Italian and has been living in the USA for 14 years. She was a computer science engineer for more than 15 years, working for AT&T Bell Labs for 7 of those years. In 2001, a massive downsizing provided the impetus for her to finally pursue her dream: to convert her passion for cycling into a profession. So, she went back to school at the University of Colorado in Boulder and took a second master’s degree in Integrative Physiology.
• During her master’s program she worked in the Exercise Science Laboratory, Boulder, where she participated in several research projects that involved more than one hundred athletes. She conducted performance tests (VO2max and Lactate Threshold) and analyzed their results.
• Luisa is a USA Cycling Certified Level II Coach since 2002 and has successfully trained more than 20 athletes of different levels as well as with health or injury issues.
• Luisa is a USA Cycling Certified Power Based Training Coach
• Luisa has a Serotta certification for Advanced Bike Fit.
• Luisa is an avid cyclist herself and occasionally races in USA as well as in Italy.

Massimo Strazzer – Retired Italian Professional Racer

Massimo Strazzer raced professionally for 14 years for teams Alessio, Navigare, Roslotto, Saunier Duval, Phonak and others. He has 41 wins in his pro racing career; he finished 9 Giro d’Italia and raced 2 Track world championships. He won the “ciclamino” jersey in the 2003 Giro d’Italia. After retiring, he opened his coaching center, “Centro Studi Sporitvi” in Verona , Italy .

He describes his coaching center’s mission:
" My center is meant to provide a concentration of studies and experience. In favor of whom? For anyone. Why? Because at any level in sport, study and experience need to be integrated at the highest level. I apply, teach and develop all that I learned in 14 years of cycling racing as a professional. I don’t just have experience; I studied and acquired expertise in biomechanics, physiology and nutrition. I am, now, a licensed level 3 Team Director and abilitation for Team Profi.”
